Is little and broken, but still good.
Love this always.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Comos is on, y'all! I love the idea of thousands of nerds all over the country watching it in unison. (Yes, I know about DVRs and the usefulness of being able to time-shift TV viewing. Still, I like thinking that I'm watching Neil deGrasse Tyson with a bunch of fellow nerds.)
I would probably just do the 10 minutes, Zen. I don't know if power and time are related linearly or what (though I suppose I could think about the physics and figure it out, if my brain was really working today, which I don't think it is), and I doubt it really makes that much difference.
Don't forget about time zones, Tep.
Ben-formerly-of-next-door got a sweet deal on a clawfoot from...I think Second Chances? It's a beauty. I don't know if he had to refinish it or not, I assume so.
Bob and our contractor friend went to Second Chance today and actually bought a tub that was in good enough shape that we won't need to reglaze it. It was more $$, of course, but also came with all the hardware and plumbing whatnot and now we don't have to organize getting the tub glazed. It's sitting on our porch right now! Classy!! Demo work is due to start on the 17th. Contractor friend claims it will all take a week but I find that hard to believe.
I have never actually seen Lilo & Stitch! That's one I'll have to remember for when I can't figure out what to watch.

Oh, I know. I'm watching in solidarity with my Eastern Time Zone nerds. And later we can all geek out about it together.
Good luck, lisah! It's taken forever for my parents' bathroom to get done, but at least it works now! (They are still waiting on delivery of the new vanity and medicine cabinet.)
I'm having preliminary Cosmos flails and I don't even have cable. So I actually have to figure out how I am going to watch. Still, OMG, Cosmos.
I'm loving Cosmos muchly, especially the animation they're using to show historical events.

Woohoo! And boo for me not being able to pick your brain;) Isn't it nice to have the hardware that comes WITH it, rather than trying to fit the standards from decades ago? I can't imagine getting new faucets that look as good for my tub (and living room sink...)
COSMOS sarcasm: and this is on FOX? Evidence based science? Decrying the Big Lie?
