Did not get any cardboard broken down or pancakes made, but I did make waffles. That scrambled eggs in the waffle iron thing works quite well, I'll find out tomorrow if the results reheat okay. Also made regular waffles and had the idea that dinner could be Goat Pot Roast and Waffles and that seems just extraordinarily funny to me which I think means I have done enough today and it is time to veg. Things that didn't get done will have to wait.

Being stuck at the airport is intrinsically worth complaining about, regardless of what ripples on the rest of your life it may or may not cause.
Goat pot roast turned out very well indeed. I need to look up at that stock you can make out of bones that have already been used for stock, see if that's a real thing or something I made up. And if it's real try it out with these bones. Because yum.
