How Mediterranean? I had a Provencal beef stew in Paris that had olives in it. And gnocchi, but I feel like regular potatoes would have been at least as good.

I was thinking like that cinnamon-cardamom-cumin sort of flavor profile? Olives do sound good, though.
I wish I could tell you anything else about the stew I had! But otherwise, it was pretty regular stew flavor, with mushrooms and carrots.
Well, I have a "classic pot roast" recipe that calls for mushroom and carrots that I can probably adapt and throw into the crockpot tomorrow. Maybe I'll, like, rub the goat with spices beforehand.
Oh my dear loward packing. PACKING. Fucking packing.
I love anything that is dry rub, frankly. If you have a herbes de provence, then your stew might taste vaguely mediterranean?
Shot given two hours ago. This medicine hurts for a bit after, which is no good.
I have an accreditation visit at school for which I co-wrote the accreditation report. It starts tomorrow. As does the bit of cookie boothing I'm supposed to do.
I cannot tell you how exhausted I am. I just have to make it through Tuesday.
I've been watching Disney movies in my room since I last posted and the tension is finally leaving my body. I think this is the first day in a while that I wore my boot all day and was doing stuff all day. Normally while I work I take my boot off since I'm not walking.
Tomorrow is packing, Costco (already confirmed that they have electric carts), and then making some freezer meals. I can do a fair bit of that sitting, so I'm going to try to be easier on myself.

Depends on your definition of "clean", I suppose.
Depends on your definition of deep!

I found a recipe for Lebanese Seven Spices which might be what I had in mind and certainly smells good, which I will rub on the goat, substitute leeks for onion since I have leeks and don't have onion, use some of my chicken/duck stock in place of condensed onion soup, and leave out the potatoes. I think this will work.
Meanwhile, I realize* I don't have the ground pork I thought I did, I have boneless pork chops. So those are thawing and I'll have that with some sauteed bok choy for dinner.
'* By realize I mean I actually looked in the freezer
