Teppy, would you live with kids, assuming you had kids, on Ruther or lower Bishop in Clifton?
I would, yeah. I like that part of Clifton a lot.
I kind of feel like buying a house is asserting my identity
Well, picking a part of town is asserting one's identity in this town. I totally get what you mean about not wanting to be Hyde Park people. I like Hyde Park; I lived there for several years. But I am not a Hyde Park person. I loved living in Clifton, and probably would have stayed there forever if Tim hadn't already had a house.
It's got approximately 10,000 Indian restaurants and might actually get a damn grocery store in Kellers' location before the end of the decade. A food co-op would be sweet. And the library is moving to the old frat house on Bishop. Which you probably knew.
It's not the rest of your life.
Rain is good, right?
Yes, it is! Though I have decided I do not want to run in it today. OTOH, it's warm enough to bring the avocados out of the greenhouse, so, y'know, can't complain.

I wish I had a life where I could say this.
It is a pretty excellent aspect of my life, that I can say that. Also, need to pick oranges.
They should totally put a Trader Joe's in the Keller's building. Amirite?
I would die of happiness. (I heard -- although I don't know how reliable this info is -- that Trader Joe's has said they don't want to put any more stores in the Cincy area. Boo.) But a food co-op, which is apparently a strong possibility, would be cool, too.
Yeah, there is a great model for that in Carrboro NC. Buffistas have dined in the garden of the co-op grocery there.
Mayonnaise is made! Eggs are in the resting stage of becoming hard boiled.
That's not quite my field, but I don't think there is, actually. This is why prospect research is a huge field! The easiest way to back that information out is via annual reports of veterans' organizations.
Yeah, I suspect most organizations would guard this list pretty heavily internally, so people can't try to swipe their donors!! Possibly people who have donated to veteran-affairs PACs?
Flea, did y'all really mess up the home buying last time, or was it just that you had to move? I don't think "we got a bit screwed because we had to move to a new
State" counts.
I seem to be fighting an ear infection; not the painful kind, at least. I don't feel congested or really have any sinus pressure but one of my sinus cavities
squeaked
with basically every exhale. Really annoying.
