It's much easier to be an anti-vaxer if you don't have kids (or grandkids) in danger.

The guy who did my taxes for 2 years in NY was being indicted on fraud and embezzlement when it came to my 3rd year - I decided to do them myself again.
I messed something up at work. Recovered quickly and no harm done, but not before calls were made. ugh.

Personally I wouldn't want my money going to someone with antivax or 9/11 truther views, even if it didn't directly affect their work.
[eta: Which I realize is somewhat hypocritical since I don't boycott movies based on actors' whackadoodle politital or pseudoscience views, but it would be different for me if I were paying the person directly.]
