Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

The guy who did my taxes for 2 years in NY was being indicted on fraud and embezzlement when it came to my 3rd year - I decided to do them myself again.

I messed something up at work. Recovered quickly and no harm done, but not before calls were made. ugh.

Punishingly Intricate

I don't know that they do, Connie, but they make me think he's an idiot.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

refusing conventional treatment is a form of suicide.

Personally I wouldn't want my money going to someone with antivax or 9/11 truther views, even if it didn't directly affect their work.

[eta: Which I realize is somewhat hypocritical since I don't boycott movies based on actors' whackadoodle politital or pseudoscience views, but it would be different for me if I were paying the person directly.]

A of dogs and cats of wineries.

11-year old Hobie was found as a kitten near the door of the office building, behind the Hazlitt Winery tasting room. He was too young to be away from his mother so he was bottle fed until he was able to eat on his own. One of his favorite activities is bringing frogs into the winery office to leave under people’s desks.

Aww, what a helpful kitty!

Jessica, that's what I'm feeling right now. At least the 9/11 conspiracy bs probably wouldn't lead to humans dying possibly.
