Thanks, guys. Husband deals best with tons and tons of information, and MIL does not really deal well with providing the information, so it's hard for everyone right now.

Train-guy made the news: Person standing atop train halts Metra traffic on North Side - chicagotribune.com
Metra service on the Union Pacific North line was halted this morning because of a person who was standing atop an inbound train in the city's Rogers Park neighborhood.
Passengers on the Metra Union Pacific North line train heading out of the city witnessed a person jumping from the top of the outbound train to the inbound train that was headed to downtown Chicago.
Wow, he was train-surfing. I'm impressed.
...
"We can see his shadow," passenger Mike Pastore told RedEye. "There's a building next to the train and we can see the shadow of the man on top of the train. We can't see him directly, but we can hear him running back and forth on top of the train."
Pastore said the man was on top of the first car of the inbound train.
...
The person atop the train was later removed and taken to a local hospital for evaluation, said police.
Well, that's good.
I'm still here 11 years after a stage IIIB diagnosis.
You give me great hope.

Be careful of ninjas and enigmatic blondes.
Here's to many more years for your mom, Dana.
Oh Dana -- best of luck to your MIL.
Much ~ma to your mother, Dana.
I am the proud owner of an epipen! Actually two because they come in pairs. They took some blood and are testing it somehow for common allergens, but my doctor already said that she reacts to things that the test says she shouldn't so she maybe it will find something, maybe it won't. I would love to have an answer, but having an epipen really puts my mind at ease.
Enough to go running tomorrow? Maybe. We'll see.
sarameg, I feel like I was channeling you a little bit at Trader Joe's, getting the tapas kit. I was starving by then, I bought a lot of their deli section.
Trader Joe's, btw, has Hollandaise sauce in a jar. So I don't need to try making it again for a bit.
What. my extensive knowledge of their selections good for wine night or my *sigh* lovely days in Spain?
Discovered I don't have a copy of A Brief History of Time. Must be at my parents'. Was looking for it for my neighbor's 9 year old (!!!) Yeah, he could handle it. But if he ever wants to do bios on women in science, I'm his girl. (Or anything on the Balkans. Or genocide and the philosophies of war and humanitarianism.) Have shelves of it. Perusing those beloved titles made me realize I'd actually burnt out on it. I found myself grabbing titles, remembering passages and then being hit with this tiredness. I wonder at the people who can stay in it. I once wanted to be them. The stuff in the Ukraine is dredging up my Soviet brain stuff, I'm finishing sentences for the commentators on npr, usually sarcastically. Some things just don't change. Ah, Crimea. Anyway, odd night.
You are a good brain (thanks autocorrect) to have on tap, sara.

Refrigerated one in a tub? It's tasty. I am not allowed to buy it often. I'd eat it.
