Amy - it was one of the freezer meals we did. If I remember right - 3 chicken breasts, juice of 3 limes, a bunch of torn up cilantro, a can of corn, and a can of black beans (rinsed). All into the crock pot for 7 hours on low. About an hour before it was done I added a touch of salt and fresh lime just to punch it up a bit.
