Seriously, Consuela?!? Personally I think they should pay you way more, to make up for the pain and suffering of working for them.
I keep checking the weather for my flights -- flying to Chicago tonight, connecting through Detroit. It looks like the weather should be OK for going there, but possibly not for coming back on Friday. But if I'm a day or two late coming back, it'll be OK.

We have a 13% benefit rate for employees at my uni- the department has to pay that to central administration, and they use that pot of money to pay for our benefits.
