Wait, DID you say that? CURSE YOU ZOMBIE STEVE JOBS! And my lack of a second cup of coffee.
Natter 72: We Were Unprepared for This
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I think I'm gonna upgrade my phone as a birthday present to myself, and I am tempted by the Droid, but I will probably stick with the iPhone. I have a ton of apps.
mr. flea has a macbook pro and an iphone, and we have an ipad mini, so it's not like he's being deprived of mac products. He just wants ME to love Steve Jobs as much as he does. (And yes, he does like black turtlenecks specifically because of Steve Jobs.)
What version do you have now -t? And Happy Belated birthday to you!
Not belated yet, Suzi, it's on Tuesday. But thanks! Is yours today? Many happy returns if I am remembering that right.
I have a 4S, I've had it for long enough for Verizon to subsidize my upgrade, and they will give me something for recycling the old one, so it supposedly works out to be practically free. I'm sure there's a catch but I haven't worked out what it is. Other than I'll have a two-year contract again, but I don't find that such a bother.
Laundry sorted and first load in the washer. Time for a cup of tea and more "Zeppelin Attack" Nova.
Aren't you glad I decided to share my exciting life?

I'm waiting for Tim to make French toast (late breakfast, since I slept until 11:00; I definitely am going to call the doctor this week about my sinus nastiness, because I'm still full of gross nastiness and tired all the time and my neck glands hurt).
(Why are my parentheticals so often longer than my non-parentheticals?)
So...super exciting here in Teppyville.
I have done the laundry, taken out the trash, scraped some ice off the driveway (not very much, since I just did it with no coat while taking out the trash), showered. Now some lunch and then it's curtains for me! (I'm going to iron and hang my new curtains.)
Hey, people who live in less wintry places and/or have better memories than me: what do I wear for temperatures in the 40s? Light sweater/heavy shirt and wool coat, right?
So far this morning, I have eaten spaghetti.
Yeah, that sounds right.
ETA: I meant Jeese's wardrobe choices, but spaghetti always sounds right to me.
