I am up and the dogs have been out and fed and now I get to edit. Joy. They want this document back by noon, and I have many pages of dreadfully dull material to wade through.
Wish me easily-spotted typos.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Timelies all!
Other than the weekly grocery shopping trip, nothing much planned for today.
I can't decide if I hope my mother wants to go shopping this afternoon or not. On the plus side, there are a couple of things I want to look for. On the minus side, I'd rather not wear my clean jeans before vacation! And I'm not sure I can go to even Christmas Tree Shop in inside pants.
I swear to god, if I ever kill my husband, it will be because he suggested, AGAIN, that I buy a Mac for my computer. We've been married fifteen years. We've had this fight 400 times. The software I need to run does not run on a Mac. Yes, I know I can install Windows on a Mac and dual boot. But I can buy a functional PC laptop for half what the Mac would cost, goddamnit, and I PREFER it.
(Anybody thinking of recommending a Mac to me in the next post, think afuckinggain.)

Ha ha, nope. I have one PC desktop for those reasons, and the rest of my devices and laptops are all Android/Chrome now.
Mixed marriages can be like that, flea.
Mixed platform marriages have challenges, they never really go away.
One round of dishes done, laundry gathered up but not sorted. I think I will watch an old Nova and fold the clean laundry from last week that hasn't been put away yet...
I might be able to manage no grocery shop this week. I've got produce coming on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, and my meat pick up on Thursday (I don't think I've eaten half of last month's, yet! I need to get on that), and I think I have enough cheese still in the fridge to get through the week. If I actually run out of anything I can make emergency groceries after work.
The point of all this cogitation is to justify not getting dressed. Fleece pajamas, so comfortable.
Between this and his affection for black turtlenecks, Steve Jobs has a lot to answer for.

We handle our mixed platform marriage by me cheerfully ignoring his PC and Android devices. Although Tim is thinking about getting a Chromebox for his dad when they come out this spring, and getting a Chromebook for himself so that if his dad has any problems, Tim can just look at his and see what's up. And I admit, the Chromebook/box look pretty cool.
For a second there, I thought you were going to say that mr. flea had picked up a taste for black turtlenecks. So I suppose it could be worse.
