Inara: So, explain to me again why Zoe wasn't in the dress? Mal: Tactics, woman. Needed her in the back. 'Sides, those soft cotton dresses feel kinda nice. It's the whole... air-flow.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

We were on a 2 hour delay start for school, so I slept in. Got to work and dived in to clearing off my desk. Boss did not seem to "get" that me email saying the school was on a 2-hour delay was me asking to come in late. OOPS. SO I am really trying to get all of the paper on desk taken care of.

IN the midst of dealing with many many of his receipts (new purchase card system, with new way of attaching receipts - no one except me has bothered to learn it), I realize that EVERYONE has been instructed to give me their receipts to deal with. nightmare. I think after I get Jan and Feb scanned in and attached to the various accounts, I am sending an email with instructions on how this needs to work. If they want me to be an admin at this level, I will keep the paper copies, but they need to scan them into folders on the shared drive. Fer Fucks Sake.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I have showered and dressed! Such sweet bliss.

I'm expecting a Fed Ex delivery today and was happy to see that I didn't miss them (yet). It is easier getting around with my boot. Tiring, but not as painful.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I just got word that my boss has decided to go into hospice care.

Oh wow, aurelia. Sorry to hear that. He's pretty young, right?

I would guess he's early to mid 60s. I can't say I'm surprised really (he hasn't been to work since mid-November) but still.

And my wallet has been found. I called the very nice woman who found it and asked her to use the cash inside to mail it to me since my flight boards in 30 minutes.

This week has been a rollercoaster.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

At least you don't have to replace all of your stuff?

No house for me. They had multiple bids and accepted another offer this morning. I'm not surprised, but pretty bummed about it. It would have been really neat.

OTOH, I also today booked a trip to Ecuador (with shrift!) and paid off my car. So, could be worse.
