It was chunky-stewy. I have only ever had applesauce made by my grandma, and that was white sugar and cinnamon. This was pretty good, though.

Put your feet up! Keep your feet up! I cannot overstate this! Sleep with them up if you can! Hips and knees at 90 degrees!
(Not everyone can sleep that way, I found it very comfortable. Periods when they came down I had much more swelling and discomfort. Walk around and do stuff as allowed by all means, but when you're stationary UP THE FUCK UP!!!!)
