Gosh, the customer I'm working with has to go through a corporate tech support based in India, and I'm having to talk to the guy to get the rights I need. I'm feeling frustrated on behalf of both my customer and the poor tech guy who doesn't understand what he's looking at. Whee.

Do people put brown sugar in applesauce? Because I think this "homemade" applesauce from the hopital cafeteria (which is really good and warm) has brown sugar in it.
