Dang, I suddenly want to grab my gp and her entire office staff and hug them all. They are so awesome, even with my nearly weekly calls lately for my undiagnosable misery. I might have to take treats next visit.
The pain mgmt doc, OTOH, is getting booted. Two visits in a row he's refused to treat me. I find that unconscionable. Not to mention a tremendous waste of my time and copays. The first refusal I kinda took without issue as it was a "do some more PT before I stick needles in you" kinda discussion, but the second time? I worry that was retaliation for my complaining about his questionable reading material (anti science, anti every religion except Christianity, advising parents to withhold medication from their children for chronic seizure conditions, that kinda thing. Totally peeved me as in appropriate for a medical office.). Even if it wasn't....waste of my time and copays.
I switched my oncologist after two or three chemo sessions because of her nurse, who just was not interested in dealing with patients unless it was scheduled two weeks in advance.
I hate waking to snow totals that have jumped, feds are closed and
it hasn't even started snowing yet.
I mean, I know it will. It's the dread anticipation.
My hair is seriously wild. Pumpkin hairstyling skills definitely lean toward punk with a dash of teasing.
Everything is closed around here, and we only have maybe 2 inches on the ground, but we're supposed to get 2-3 more by noon. I am SO OVER winter, man.
Everything is closed .... except the public library.
All the reports I've seen for NYC say 3-5", which isn't that much, but I heard at the bus stop that WNYC was saying 12-24"!! Can't confirm that, though, I think my neighbor must have misheard.
I really hope we don't have an early closing.
Everything is closed .... except the public library.
Booo!
I asked my new hire to be here at 8:45 today, and she's not here yet! WTF. Not a good first impression.
Jess, I've been hearing amounts that are all over the map, too. The absolute latest info I've heard is 3–5″ today, and then an additional 4–6″ overnight.
