I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to type around a cat parading around my lap and nuzzling any part of me she can. Now I need to attack myself with a sticky roller. There is cat hair clinging via static to my fingernails.

That's love right there.
Ergh. Headed back to the doc today after she let me stew all weekend. May I not cry in her presence. May I get her to listen to me. And prescribe me something that works. May this be an easy fix and may all the other things be ok and non-scary. And may I find a new doctor quickly who can return phone calls and not ask me at every visit why I'm not on xanax. (The answer, doctor-lady, is that the major moment when I need xanax is when I phone or get near your offices.) Also, may I not say that out loud.
Why not say that out loud? Your doctor should know what's going on with you.
A friend of my parents' from the Alzheimer's group died yesterday. I'm sad about it for the normal reasons, but also because when I told my mother, she said "Oh, good." He was such a great guy a couple of years ago, but his late stages were really violent and awful and it is good that it's over for his wife and kids. He was 51.
I remember you mentioning that family before. So hard.

I have it all written down. So hopefully that will help.
Augh, Jesse - So sorry to hear that. That's really hard.
So sad, Jesse.
Very sorry, Jesse.
I don't think I quite understand the situation, Sox (which is fine, vagueness really is okay, just not in disclaimers), but good luck.
Timelies all!
Have the day off. No real plans. Maybe I'll finally watch the movie I've had out from Netflix since the beginning of October.
Pumpkin just punched me in the face.
