I actually feel like "fine for your workplace/job" is different from "office appropriate." That's a higher bar to me. Obviously people wear all kinds of leggings to all kinds of jobs.

just saw a Facebook ad for "office-appropriate yoga pants."
Where I was like, oooh perfect! But then I looked at them and they were indeed black jeggings and was disappointed.
I really want some pajama style pants for my office. Drawstring linen pants are the closest I get.
The bigger problem, having looked at the link, is they were ugly.
What's more pajama style that that, that is not just pajamas?
Wow. I just found out my company has decided to make a concerted effort to upgrade the Legacy systems (my area) to current technologies since we're the money-maker for the company. We've been in maintenance mode for the last five years or so.
This is a big deal. I am at ground zero for one of the biggest projects we've done here, and if nothing else will get some training that will acutally lead to more hands on work (most of the time I get training for stuff that I then end up never doing anything with).
First phase is just discovery so we'll see what comes out of this, but I'm kinda excited (and a little scared in that "change can be scary" way).
That's a higher bar to me.
heh. I can see that. I wore a suit to do the interviews for work as I felt I should be dressed as well as the candidates. I never wear a suit to teach.
I am wearing leggings in the office right now, AIFG! (Under a dress! not as pants!)
Change is definitely scary, Frankenbuddha! I hope it's good in the end.
Ooh, good luck, Frank!
I'm still in the yoga pants I put on to walk the dog this morning! Complete with dog hair!
