I'd heard she was a fan, I didn't know she actually wrote fic for the show! That's too funny. (Although it was a bit much to have her assert that if you read something really good, it was probably her.)
Her sense of humor is a little quirky. She's not at all like that, really. She is an unabashed fan of the show, though.

I grew up looking at the central building of CS-HEB. We used to call it the Flash Cube. I think they've torn it down since.
One of my most important academic experiences...a journalism 'camp' I went to two summers in a row...was held there. Taught by Scoop Nisker, if that name rings any bells.

The very same, Sophia. She's had probably a dozen set visits by now, she tweets with all the writers and actors, and she's been in at least one episode (as an extra).
She was in an episode? That's hysterical.
And she's a ficwriter. Too much.
She was in a S7 episode called "Slash Fiction" (if you can stand it), and she's visible in a diner booth during a key scene.
Amy, how old is she now? I mean she wrote The Outsiders when she was 16. So is she in her 50s?
I guess? I'd say at least mid-50s? She has grown kids.
