Team Potato #3!
Hmm. I just got back from vacation, so no potatoes here. And whatever I do will have to wait until morning, because if I turn off the fixture, then there's not enough light to see what I'm doing.
Also, shouldn't light bulbs be made better than that? It took almost no pressure at all for the bulb part to come off.
Tater tater tater, WOO!
Imagine that like a cheer.
Well, you *can* leave the light on, it's just safer to turn it off.
Love the potato x-post.
curly parsley is decor not flavor
Strongly disagree. Curly parsley tastes better to me. YPMV
I picked up my butcher CSA package yesterday, so I think tonight will be whatever steak I got, with fennel and leeks because I know I have those lying around.
I would turn off the light and power if you can, and use pliers to grab the metal rim of the bulb and unscrew from there.
Potato Tool cross-post!
I mean, it pains me GREATLY to waste an almighty potato for something other than good eatin', but it is an effective way to get that broken base out of a light fixture.
