Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm having brussels sprouts and bacon for dinner. Ideal balance!

Timelies all!

I'm so sorry, Brenda.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Evil hysterical commission dude reared his ugly head again. He's been fired since, but we'll see how that takes. Donated house decorating lady sent us a bill for almost four grand. ED has some issues, apparently, about being clear about what he's willing to pay for.

The past two nights I've had family anxiety dreams, but the first nights was so bad that I stayed home. I was disturbed and undone and I don't I is where it came from and I'll refuse to talk about it ever and never mind move along .

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I just attempted an oatmeal clafouti, theoretically for breakfast, but it smells really good and it may have to be dinner tonight.

Ooh, clafoutis! I have some mediocre blueberries and was not that excited about eating them, but in batter....? Better.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh wait, I have no eggs. Ah well.

My oatmeal thing is moderately successful. It's not sweet enough for my taste, with that much oatmeal, but it might be good with some jam, or with a splash of the sugar-free syrup I usually use in oatmeal.

It's at least something different to eat for breakfast.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Interesting! The idea of oatmeal clafouti.

I do not know what to eat for dinner. My already-prepared-meals algorithm says chicken soup, and sure, I could do that, but that somehow sounds better for lunch tomorrow? Also, I would have to thaw some stock to add to what's in the jar (by design, but stashing ALL the extra stock in the freezer was probably not teh smartest move). Hm.

I told Dad I would take him to the movies tonight. And now I don't want to go. (Nebraska, btw, with Bruce Dern.)

But I haven't seen him since Sunday, so I will be a good daughter and go.
