Hugs, msbelle.
I was supposed to drive to KC today, but the parents were worried about icy roads. I decided that a day to myself would be a good thing so I put the drive off til tomorrow. I should actually get out of the house and run some errands I didn't think I'd have time for. And maybe I'll go wild and catch a movie.
I like my hair! Every time I cut it short, I love it; I don't know why I keep growing it out long. Laziness, I guess. Pics will have to wait until I can be bothered to put on some make-up.
Wine & Brie at the airport because delayed flight, why not?
That was the only right choice.
Shops are still open on Christmas Eve, right? I can avoid the house by being out shopping in cheap tax free NH?
A flight+ a glass of really lovely Aussie Shiraz. Oh, I should go line up, my plane is empty of inbound.
And the Brie was with prosciutto and fig jam on some nice bread.
...KC...icy roads...I put the drive off til tomorrow.
Good call. Put it off until Monday if you can. The freezing rain reached downtown about 3 p.m., and is still working northward. Driving home I was doing about 45 mph on I-35 in light traffic. We're supposed to get 3 to 6 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow morning.
I'm sorry , msbelle.
Peace, Burrell
extras strength Juliebird.
more or less done with most things, Matt and I just ran around with 1 real errand and just fun. Despite being in and out of stores all day, no LDB
Man, I thought I was over this cold, but apparently not. Disappointing. Fortunately, I do not have to do anything this evening. Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow, I did yesterday...
That sounds really nice, sarameg. And beth, for that matter.
I do, in fact, have a cold too. It is super mild, but it is the first one in five years, since I got swine flu. So I am very tired today.
But also because a) we had a great party yesterday with some of our coworkers from a neighboring reservation and b) then I was up half the night with a former student who is struggling.
