You are getting all the big important things right
I hope that's true. I suspect it's not. In fact, I got a list: Raising kids in chaotic environment, sometimes leaning on them emotionally--two big no-nos. Letting career stagnant. Not safeguarding finances, esp failing to ensure adequate retirement funds. House needs major repairs & remodelling. Husband feels unsupported.
Bah, I could go on, but I won't.
Okay, here's a few ways I'm doing things right, just for contrast: Keep family fed and housed. Shower family with love. Have a good job with benefits. Boss thinks I'm doing a good job at my job. Keep in touch with family and friends. Kids are doing well in school and socially.
I suppose that second list is more fundamental, but the first list is not insignificant.
