Gotta pack tonight, as we fly down to Florida tomorrow afternoon. It's the traditional visit with folks down there. I'll be pretty much dark, net-wise the whole time as my folks do not have wi-fi. (Also, there's a movie theater less than a mile from my parents' place, and Gary and I haven't seen The Desolation of Smaug yet...)

My older brother got busted for a DUI while driving as part of his job. So he's fired, going to court, maybe to jail, no longer engaged, kicked out of his house, now living with our parents, which means he'll be around ALL the time when I visit. I think my visit is going to be very short. God. Fuck. Not just drinking on the job, not just drinking while driving, but apparently heavily intoxicated. Fuckfuckfuck you dumb fuck.
