The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Is that the magic age when you can lecture people?

I was supposed to wait for a certain age? Whoops.

Because books.

There are rules for us plebes, sadly.

I am taking back library books before they are due. And patting myself on the back.

Sue knows. freezing rain here! still not freezing on the ground and barely a drizzle, but the radar shows we are right on the edge of rain versus ice/wintery mix.

Yay, they've raised tonight's projected low up to 0!

Boy, the cats are pissed. They're fighting each other for the best heating vents.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Is this where I get to gloat about it being 80 degrees to get y'all back for taunting me about your lovely summer weather?

Steph L. - Dec 05, 2013 10:55:40 am PST #13790 of 30000
this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Temperatures have been dropping all day here, and we're supposed to get the dreaded wintry mix overnight, and 3-6 inches of snow tomorrow (which I assume will end up being half an inch).

The downside of working from home is: no snow days. (The upside being, hey, employed.)

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Nora, the cold front is hitting us today, so don't gloat too long. But the good news is that in about a week, it will be back up to 70.

When I checked the weather this morning for the place we used to live, it was 11 degrees. I am so glad not to be there any more.
