The insomnia fairy has been busy this week. I think I may have gotten 4 hours sleep total over the last few days. I feel suprisingly awake for all that, though.
Honestly, I don't understand sleep sometimes. I slept like the dead Sunday night, yet was dragging ass all day at and after work. OTOH, I spend the last two nights staring at the ceiling for most of the night(s) and feel ten times better both days.
I got about 3 hours of sleep last night.
Yeah, sleep has been a problem for me too lately.
I thought I slept OK (if a little short), but I am fucking exhausted, and look like I've been punched in the face.
Over the last three months, I've been doing amazingly well with sleep, thanks to a new bed-time ritual. But last night was bad! I still slept in a longer 'chunk' than I ever have before but I went to bed late and got up earlier than I wanted to.
Gronktastic.
I got almost 6 hours last night! Which lately is a tremendous amount of sleep for me.

I think I bogarted all the sleep - I had a long afternoon nap most of the days of my vacation on top of 7 or 8 hours a night. Now I have to get used to staying awake through the workday again.
Actually, as far as yesterday goes, it was probably me. I've reached the Age of Colonoscopy and had my first yesterday. (Passed with flying colors, and I'm on the 10-year plan.) Got home and fell asleep for 3 hours or so.
I think the sedative may still be affecting me today. I'm back at work but feel a little off.
