Because books.

I actually listened to the David Bowie/Bing Crosby "Little Drummer Boy/Peace on Earth" on purpose the other day, so I guess I was always out?

I really shouldn't have ignored my work To Do List today because the rest of the world didn't have a vacation and I have a lot of stuff I need to respond to. Oops.

I lost LDB super hard. My mom loves Christmas music. There's a radio station in southwest Michigan that plays nothing but Christmas music. So many country music stars do Christmas albums, you guys. Ugh.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't know why people avoid LDB! Esp. the Bowie/Crosby.

LDB is my mom's favorite. So far, I have avoided ALL Xmas songs and assorted...stuff, by not going anywhere. But I have to go to Target tomorrow.

ION, COLD SORES. I hate 'em. I had one in my nostril, which is a very painful area to have a cold sore, and it impeded air flow. It scabbed up and was very itchy and still ouch, and it protruded JUST ENOUGH out of my nostril so that I looked like I had perma-booger. GREAT.

And another cold sore has arisen UNDER the scab of the first one. The tip of my nose throbs painfully with my pulse, and I'm WHISTLING. FML.

Agreed!

I would like to eat something, but I'd very much like to eat all the things, but I also would like to lose all the weight. It's a conundrum.

Because books.

That sounds incredibly uncomfortable, Strix.

Cosigned.

I'm allowing myself to eat all of the vegetables. Everything else in moderation.

I'd also like to watch ALL the West Wings. I loved this show. It's so awesome to watch it from the beginning on. Also, I love the early work of Aaron Sorkin. Why couldn't we have MOAR Sports Night?

I already ate all the gravy and all the cake this weekend. I need to schedule a doctor visit to renew prescriptions, so now vegetables must be all the things.
