We only had a few people so instead of a full turkey I made these [link] turkey legs braised in red wine. It was delicious, and made fantastic gravy.
I still have a wing to do something with, which will end up in the stock pot if I don't come up with a better idea.
Good luck, Sue!
I thought about making that, brenda. Good to know it's as tasty as it sounds - I think I sometimes see turkey legs for sale without the rest of the bird, although not this week.
Go Sue!!
I seem to have struck a nerve with an infographic oh Facebook.
Jessica, I'm so glad you and your family are safe.
Job~ma Sue!
Well done, Sox. Don't save all the drama for the holiday.
Jessica, I hope today is calmer.
Thanks, you guys!
Well that's done. I need a drink. But instead I have to go to work.
I think it went okay, I managed to answer all the questions. There were a lot of those "Tell us a situation when..." which I hate, but I muddled through. I think there may have been one that I went off on bit of a tangent, from the follow up. They said they'd let me know in two weeks or thereabouts.
Good luck, Sue!
All of yesterday's eggy goodness has been eaten. SAD NOW.
fingers crossed Sue.
I am up and trying to figure out when a friend will be coming over to help with decorating. I have cleaned up a bit in the kitchen and really need to start in the loving room with shuffling furniture and cleaning up so the tree will fit.
