Ooh, that is smart.
You know, I have to think that the all-staff message about how we're not allowed to have space heaters in the office should have been a cue to Physical Plant to
turn the fucking heat on.
Controversy! USPS puts foreigner Harry Potter on stamps: [link]
okay today is for calling in sick & a blanket burrito
The heated bathroom is a BIG incentive for the getting-up-in-the-morning process. I took advantage of the radiant floor heating in my aunt's house every morning I was there.
When I redo my bathroom, it's going to have in-floor heating.
Feel better, shrift. I hope you have some healing TV to watch.
I saw the Harry Potter ones when I was shopping for stamps the other day - they don't come in rolls so they were no good for me, but I did wonder about the Englishness.
stressy morning. too much thrown at me the second I walked into work. WAH!!!
I have a vent right above the shower so on cold mornings I'll crank the heat up 6 or 7 degrees and get blasted with warm air while I shower. It goes back down after I'm out and dressed.
I don't remember many stamps with actors playing roles on them--that surprises me first. Usually it's actors for the actors sakes, and when you look at that, why Radcliffe et al.?
I just want more superheroes.
If they were to make the most guaranteed US property crash grab, who should they choose?
Headed to Salt Lake for another two day quick trip. Once again, not a single empty seat.
Our company requires us to book the least expensive flight possible based on our destination/timing. Well, I have been doing that and have been flying Frontier for these SLC trips. This time the price was the lowest yet and I thought it was cause I booked early. Alas no...low fare but add on fees for selecting a seat (not getting stuck in a middle seat), fees for checking a bag, and fees for carrying on a bag. When I called out travel coordinator to make sure I'd be reimbursed for the fees I found out that the company give Ascent status to employees, which means none of those fees. Too late for this trip...but hello. That would have been nice to know a few months ago.
Superman?
Christopher Reeves Superman or a more recent one? Unsurprisingly, I only notice the comic ones.
