Ah, the pitter patter of tiny feet in huge combat boots. Shut up!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, Rebel Wilson's siblings are literally named Anarchy, Liberty, and Riot. Oh...kay. t /watching Ellen, not packing

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

In a bit we will go to a matinee of Thor:The Dark World. Tonight, we have a concert.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Suzi, is the whiskey for you? Are you having parenting woes?

Yes and yes. I don't have the words to explain how hurt I am right now. Both kids are fine. I'm just at a point where I can't deal.

not your mom's socks.

I'm so sorry, Suzi. hugs and whiskey.

Compassionately intolerant

I echo Sox's sorry, Suzi. I'm wrapping you up in a virtual hug and sending a wave of 'let the hurt pass quickly' ~ma.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Rebel Wilson's siblings are literally named Anarchy, Liberty, and Riot.

Sometimes I assume Tumblr is teasing me, but when it's Ellen, probably not.

Mr and Mrs Wilson probably got off really lucky, is all I can say.

SuziQ, unspecified comfort lobbied in your direction. Also, liquor.

I bought a "real" kettlebell yesterday. A dense ten pounder that's not painted and is so small it's a one-hander which actually changes the profile of exercises open to me. But psychologically it feels entirely different from the sexy-exercise one in gradated teals. It's hard to explain, but perhaps obvious.

Gotta go work out the new regimen now, and if I return the original one, or work out how they play in harmony.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Have fun with the kettlebell, § ita §. I started using them a few years back and I love them.

They're also handy when you need a weight to put in a skillet that you're using as the "brick" when cooking "chicken under a brick."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have packed some stuff! And realized that the fact that I have nearly no empty floor space in this stupid apartment means it will be a nightmare for the next two weeks. At least I can put boxes of books back on the shelves that the books were on. And I'm pretty sure I will have no problem getting boxes right across the street from my apartment, which is very exciting. Just last night, there were probably enough to pack my whole apartment.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

And also, there is so much built-in storage in my new place, I will be getting rid of a bunch of furniture. I wonder if I can figure out what, and try to sell it next weekend. HMMMM.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

(((Suzi))) All my empathy.

Rebel and Riot were names of a couple of border collies in national agility competition about ten years ago. And then there was Crazy Alice...

Kettlebell! TV ad for a local athletic facility showed someone using one. It was thanks to ita that I even knew what it was.

Yay, packing, Jesse! Sorry for the mess, but...forward!

I...may have consumed too much coffee. Possibly.
