Have fun with the kettlebell, § ita §. I started using them a few years back and I love them.
They're also handy when you need a weight to put in a skillet that you're using as the "brick" when cooking "chicken under a brick."
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I have packed some stuff! And realized that the fact that I have nearly no empty floor space in this stupid apartment means it will be a nightmare for the next two weeks. At least I can put boxes of books back on the shelves that the books were on. And I'm pretty sure I will have no problem getting boxes right across the street from my apartment, which is very exciting. Just last night, there were probably enough to pack my whole apartment.
And also, there is so much built-in storage in my new place, I will be getting rid of a bunch of furniture. I wonder if I can figure out what, and try to sell it next weekend. HMMMM.
(((Suzi))) All my empathy.
Rebel and Riot were names of a couple of border collies in national agility competition about ten years ago. And then there was Crazy Alice...
Kettlebell! TV ad for a local athletic facility showed someone using one. It was thanks to ita that I even knew what it was.
Yay, packing, Jesse! Sorry for the mess, but...forward!
I...may have consumed too much coffee. Possibly.

We'll see. I'm notoriously awful with exercise with exercise's sake. but kettlebell is the only thing that's ever lasted in that category, enough to teach even. But then there was the side effect of improving at krav, and the social component of the training. Both remarkably absent now.
Much coping~ma, Suzi.
I am... ugh. It's going to be a day, I just have to get through it.
Good luck, Burrell.
Family is hard, huh? On all sides.
Thinking about you today, Burrell.
I have a weird slight headache/nausea thing, and I hoped it was from lack of caffeine, but a diet coke doesn't seem to have fixed it. Annoying!
I've been mildly dizzy all day. Not quite enough to keep me from doing things, but enough that I've been pausing upon standing to wait for my equilibrium to catch up. It's probably a lack of sleep thing.
Suzi, I hope you're feeling better. If not now, soon.
Much endurance~ma, Burrell.
