However, if I rightly understand the laws of the process I've made up here, I can only use each bad thing once.
If each migraine I have is a discrete entity bounded in time, can I give each migraine away, hex-like? Or only one migraine, ever?
(I'm really only asking because I have one now and it's progressed into the hurting-the-FUCK-out-of-my-inner-ear stage of a migraine that means my whole goddamn trigeminal nerve is irritated and taking it out on me.)

Each migraine is an individual experience, so you can give away each one! That of course doesn't mean you don't have it, just that once you've experienced it, you have it stored in your personal karmic bag of tricks.
