It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

However, if I rightly understand the laws of the process I've made up here, I can only use each bad thing once.

If each migraine I have is a discrete entity bounded in time, can I give each migraine away, hex-like? Or only one migraine, ever?

(I'm really only asking because I have one now and it's progressed into the hurting-the-FUCK-out-of-my-inner-ear stage of a migraine that means my whole goddamn trigeminal nerve is irritated and taking it out on me.)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Each migraine is an individual experience, so you can give away each one! That of course doesn't mean you don't have it, just that once you've experienced it, you have it stored in your personal karmic bag of tricks.

I'm gonna start a religion. Or write a novel.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm gonna start a religion. Or write a novel.

Be like L Ron Hubbard and do both!

What's the price? I've seen Full Metal Alchemist. I know Buffy came back wrong. I know how this shit works.

brillig

"I've played Dungeons & Dragons, I think I've learned a little bit about bravery."

I'll have to rewatch that.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Be like L Ron Hubbard and do both!

It's not a bad career path.

Hey, I just realized! I finished draft zero of the novel last night! Pete told me I could start a cult once I finished the book! Time to start recruiting!

(Just got done with the conference call. That was interesting.)

No, see, that's the beauty of it! Because the bad thing has *already happened to you*, you've already paid the price!

This is totally going to be my next NaNoWriMo novel.

I am intrigued and would like to subscribe to your Kindle serial.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

I almost had a ghostwriting gig that bad. Except that guy, who presents as super-clean disability crusader, pretty much seemed to be hitting on me.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, right on -- I got the letter! Will have to look at it when I get home.
