This is the recipe: [link] I've made it with cow's milk and with coconut, and the recipe was thicker and chunkier with the coconut milk (not the weird stuff I got from Ralph's, the stuff I got from Wholefoods). Haven't tried the coconut oil--butter and vegetable oil both worked well.
It's rich, not too sweet, and has got chocolate I can feel in my ears.
So I bought a kettlebell, a hopelessly gendered package (Swing yourself sexy!), but it's adjustable, which is most practical right now. I decided to warm up the calluses with 8lbs in motion for ten minutes. Hopefully this will start loosening my shoulders and lessening that pain in conjunction with the procedures and shit.
I can still do the trademark swing and pump move with 12lbs, but quite clearly only once. No reps of twelve both sides...I miss me.
