Ooh, fun, someone else's recipe stash to plunder! Brilliant idea, ita !
Yay! And if you (and anyone else that wants to play) give me feedback on any recipes you try, that would be great. I apologise in advance for the recipes that are photographs--taking pictures of the recipe on the side of the ingredients or of recipes in magazines in waiting rooms is part of my workflow. Hopefully they were clear enough for OCR.
I think I'm going to try and low-gly your peach upside down cake recipe.
And a note: I can't read the PDF in the GOT lemon cake recipe, but I followed the link in the properties and grabbed myself a copy--maybe you should doublecheck it to make sure it's embedded right for you, at least.
Turns out if you need stitches there is a window of about 8 hours to do so. Good to know.
Oh yeah, I learned that when I realized during work that a cut was still bleeding. I called the nurse hotline and they had me make my own butterfly bandage!
My dad.
My dad!
Emailed me an article "Why your thong might be bad for your health."
My dad.
So, tendon damage has been ruled out, right, brenda? Hooray antibiotics, I guess.
Yeah, I think I just followed the link for that recipe when I've made it. I should probably fix that.
He didn't mean flip-flops, did he le Nubian?
Hee! That is hilarious, le nubian!
He didn't mean flip-flops, did he le Nubian?

Just petting the dog, who was friendly to that point. Big - to give you an idea, the big puncture is in the meaty part of my hand right underneath the pinky. The bruises and scrapes go six inches up my wrist.
I should say the dog owner looked shocked and kept offering to take me to the hospital. Unfortunately I was in a meeting with a client an hour later so I just washed and sprayed with bactine and threw on a bandaid. I get into the meeting room and of course the first thing he does is give me a big hearty handshake. Ye gods that hurt but I somehow managed not to react.
