Happy b-day aurelia!
re: Blackfish
I think I am going to wait to watch that film. I saw "The Cove" and that damn movie gave me nightmares for a few days afterward and I still think about that damn movie a few times a year.
I'm trying to set up recurring meetings with people in Europe and Asia and Australia, which should be hilarious. It may finally force me to fix my sleep schedule, or perhaps break it utterly. I guess we'll see.
I just described a meeting I'm preparing for as six months of dread, one day of glory, and a week of apologies. Sadly, that will probably be literally true.

Well today started strangely. I woke up and decided I'd go into the office today. I rarely go in on Monday's. Tuesday is my typical day.
So, I'm there just getting into the groove with working and the power goes our on our floor. Then we realize it isn't just our floor or our building but our whole 4 building campus. Our emergency generators provide some minor lighting, wifi, phones, and a thing by the elevator that beeps every 2 seconds. I happen to sit just about as close to the elevator as possible.
I ditched after about 45 minutes of beep-beep-beep and am back, working at home, in my beep-free house. About 3 hours after the power went out, the power company was able to get it back on, but I'm not going back in.

Heh. Some of the things in her new tumblr are reblogged straight from my tumblr. (Cleo and I talked about it in backchannel.)
I don't know if this is substantive enough for Good Stuff, but it's awfully cute.
Super cute! Pretty soon I'm going to have to go to all babies and animals in Halloween costumes, but after that!
