I seem to be developing a huge bruise where my IV was today (more than half the length of the inside of my forearm). Should I be freaking out?

When I had the IV in the hospital half of my arm was badly bruised. I do bruise easily, but it was awful looking.

I always bruise badly with needles. It's just usually smaller bruises.
