New appliance report: The root vegetables and the brussel sprouts roasted up perfectly with the oven on the convection setting and in less time than it normally takes. The farro pilaf also cooked up perfectly on the stove top.

What do I need at the store besides vinegar and distilled water? I'm thinking also milk to eat with my cookies. But I'm leaving town tomorrow, so...not things that expire.

I roasted mushrooms and cauliflower today...so amazingly yummy!
Also chicken/leek/mushroom soup. So delish. Plus, beet salad and cranberry sauce.
I'm set for days!
