Wash: You want a slinky dress? I can buy you a slinky dress. Captain, can I have money for a slinky dress? Jayne: I'll chip in. Zoe: I can hurt you.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Mt Hood?

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Huh, ATV....that might be fun. Impractical for most of the year (can't really load one on the honda....)

My thought is, keep the Honda, and buy an ATV. I believe they are a LOT less than a new car. Only use the ATV when there is snow. Drive the Honda the rest of the time. I do not see the ATV as a substitute for your car, just a temp measure, that might be easier than a snowmobile. Plus, I think snowmobiles want a certain thickness of snow to drive on, or it hurts the tracks... or something like that. Especially on the hard road.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

{headdesk} I took vicodin in the middle of the night, on an empty stomach. No wonder nausea hit as soon as I was upright. Duh, stoopid erin, don't do that again!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Somebody tell me to step away from the free Kindle cookbooks from a hundred years ago.

Oh, nifty! I read one on dealing with WWI rationing that was really interesting.

Our wings are not tired.

How hard is cross country skiing to pick up when you only practice every 5 years or so?

It isn't really difficult at all. Regular skiing spoofs me because I am too timid for speed, but cross country is easy enough and I only do it very rarely.

"Foods that Will Win the War and How to Cook Them"? I got that one, too.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

You could practice by getting a NordicTrack... remember when those things were the fitness craze? We had one for sure.

Congrats to MM!

Quick sum up: had meeting with boss and talked to E. I am not fired but I have pretty much no confidence that things will really improve - boss is not going to be taking that kind of leadership role. I'm not sure he can. Met with mentor last night - he's going to pursue more jobs so he'll have enough work to keep me busy. In the meantime I'm going to pick a thing that I'm good at and want to use to contribute to current company and just do it. I was super drained and depressed this weekend but am feeling a little better now.
