Every nightmare I have that doesn't revolve around academic failure or public nudity is about that thing. In fact, once I dreamt that it attacked me while I was late for a test and naked.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Sorry, Steph, forgot to answer you. I'm taking it because it's done good things for my brother, but I can't say I've noticed much benefit. OTOH, not sure inflammation is my problem, so there ya go. The black pepper extract is supposed to increase the bioavailability of the turmeric.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

My trainer told me that avocados also have a lot of potassium.

Wikipedia agrees with your trainer, claiming 35% more than bananas by weight.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I have found that Turmeric helps with my asthma . - calms it when I am in a bad place. but not actually having a full attack. - and it was only after I noticed it that I fond out it was an anti-inflamatory.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Glad to hear that about avocados. Really a heavenly fruit, I tell you.

Supplements: calcium, potassium/magnesium, fish oil, iron-free multivitamin, and a probiotic 2 or 3 times a week. And of course a melatonin at night.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Avocados have a lot more calorie by weight than bananas cause they are high fat where bananas are high sugar. So the potassium to calorie ratio is higher for avocados than bananas though the potassium to carb ratio is a lot lower. Would not argue for one over the other - just that avocados are not necessarily a better source of potassium than bananas. Of course I've seen smoothies with *both* avocados and bananas. Never quite had the courage to actually try one, and am no longer allowed bananas because they conflict with certain medicines I take. (As do grapefruit, alcohol, and sunlight - weird taboos).

How does one identify an inflammation problem anyway? Infection? Physical symptoms like bloating or IBS? Autoimmune disease?

It looks like more and more diseases have infalmation as a componet. from what I have been reading ( and yu may dismiss everything - as I am not a doctor ) most chronic conditions have inflamation. As in there are doctors looking at diabetes, heart disease , etc and seeing inflamation as the 'root' cause. and the cause of inflamation --- overly processed food ( for a reality check here - the disease have been around forever - but the rise in these conditions is not weight , but what we eat)

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

As in there are doctors looking at diabetes, heart disease , etc and seeing inflamation as the 'root' cause.

I've definitely read that about heart disease, since I tend to stay up on research in that area. And I don't doubt it about diabetes, either (I read less in that area, although since my dad has it, I need to keep an eye on such things).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

.5mg of Ambien at night

You don't mean point five, right, Jilli?

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Heh, no. 5mg.

May I please have hairpats and soothing noises? My Impostor Syndrome and my issues (library of issues, really) about my being responsible for taking care of All The Things collided kind of spectacularly last night, leading to a rather big meltdown. My eyes were still so swollen this morning that I couldn't apply liquid liner.

Ugh. Good thing therapy is on Monday, because hoo-boy, do I have stuff to talk about.
