Thanks, Burrell. I have new medicine phobia, but hearing that really helps. Did they leave you on it throughout the pregnancies?
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Sean, I hope you feel better soon.
I'm sorry you didn't have better news for Arthur, Fred.
sj, I hope the meds aren't as bad this time around.
Sorry to hear about Arthur, Fred.
He's lucky to have you two as people.
I've taken it regularly for 11+ years as I am hypothyroid. But I was first diagnosed when I was TTC.

I won't be taking the meds that I had trouble with again; it will be an all new set when I start IVF. Hopefully the thyroid meds will be fine, like Burrell said.
TCG takes thyroid meds too, with no problem. I've had my thyroid tested a million times, but it is always normal. I guess it still is, just not for pregnancy.
Thanks, Burrell. I have new medicine phobia, but hearing that really helps. Did they leave you on it throughout the pregnancies?
I can second Burrell on the gentleness of thyroid replacement hormones. I've had plenty of weird-ass reactions to other common medications and have noticed zero side effects with either Synthroid or Cytomel (or generic subs thereof).
Argh. I don't know how annoyed I should be about this, or what I should do. My aunt, who is about my size, sent me Facebook's official notice when someone wants you to take a photo down. It's the photo of my entire extended family from my fucking wedding. She doesn't like how she looks in it and wants me to take it down. And right now, my attitude is FUCK YOU IT'S NOT YOUR WEDDING. So I'm not replying.
I don't know if she doesn't understand how tags work, and wants to not be tagged in it, or if she seriously wants me to take down a picture with 18 members of my family in it because she feels fat.
Raaaaaaaage.
t edit Nope, I just looked at the tags, and she untagged herself (which I don't care about; I have a cousin who always untags herself b/c she wants her privacy locked down, which is fine by me). But, SERIOUSLY? It's my entire fucking family, and she wants me to take it down? What's the protocol there?
Can you do one of those pixelate or blur her out of the photo things?
I genuinely don't want to be a dick about this -- if someone had posted a picture I was in that I utterly loathed, I would probably ask them to take it down if it was a picture of just me and them, or a few people. But if it was a big group at a special event, I would untag myself and grin and bear it.
Bah. I really don't even know.
