If you're feeling sick, it may be your body's way of telling you to rest. Also, you have been under a lot of stress lately that has just been (partially) lifted, or at least shifted. I know that sort of thing can knock the legs right out from under me.

Sean, that sounds awful! I know you didn't ask but I just thought i'd add that my best friend and Ellie had horrible stomach cramps and vomiting followed by a sore throat. (Over thanksgiving.) Turned out to be strep.
