Ooh, that sounds great. I will have to see if my local natural foods store has that. We usually have spinach in the house, so that would be a good workable smoothie for me. I really need to get a blender, though!
I got back on the health horse today. Yesterday I tried to order a crab salad at a restaurant. They didn't have it. So I said fuck it and got chicken piccata instead. And I had a bad experience with their broccoli last time, so I just went with pasta. But I've been off pasta for so long that it really made me miserable and sick.
So. Apparently the lifestyle change is back on. Water goal, protein goal, workout.

Oooh, that's made from coconut butter, isn't it? Yum!
It is, and it is SO GOOD. And supposedly healthy.
I have a neck traction thingie that helps make my ears stop popping, somewhat. I can't find it. I've just cleaned up most of my living room trying to find it, and it doesn't seem to be anywhere. I've even looked under all the furniture that it might fit under. I hate sinuses.

Sorry to chicken out on you. I had a moment of "Really? I'm posting about this?"
Something else about getting old?
Technology that runs you over and leaves you in the dust.
It used to be that you could group a couple of things in Word and then 'save as picture.' Nearly all my logos have been made this way.
Now? Word 2011 for Mac won't let me do it!
Anyone have an idea for how I can create this in a vector without buying Photoshop?
I am about to buy the phone logo and need to now what size to buy.
Why? Why has something so simple become so fraught?!
Download the latest version of open office. Paste into open office draw. Export as SVG. Older version of open office draw did not do vectors but I think the last two or three versions do.
Reason I keep open office around. Don't like the interface as well as pre-ribbon microsoft, but quick and easy format translation.
