Cordelia: I get it now. You're all spies. Probably all Russian. And you've brainwashed me, and want me to believe we're friends so I'll spill the beans about some nano-technology thingy that you want. Gunn: So I look Russian to you? Cordelia: Black Russian. Angel: That's a drink.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It sucks that her dog got bitten, but she made the decision to allow a strange dog into prolonged contact with her pet.

I can't believe this isn't covered in the contract. If it's not, I'd say she gets the money for boarding and they split the medical costs.

Thrive to spite them

bonny that all seems insane.

But I'm dealing with my own insane people lately. Look I'm really sorry you didn't actually finish your Cyber Monday order but your stuff isn't here because you didn't put the CC code on the back and it clearly states that in read letters on the print out you brought me (this was yesterday). No we aren't honoring the price.

And dude that needs a replacement part for the thing that goes to the thing that you don't know what either are I can't help you. Be specific.

I don't know when we are getting Xbox Ones and PS4s. No I don't have an ETA. No there is no one I can ask.

On the funny side there was some guy on Saturday who sounded stoned and drunk who had this whole Beevis and Butthead thing going where he wanted to know if (very hushed voice) it was true Vermont was getting rid of sales tax. He lived in Vermont. He doesn't now, but his friend told him.

That's just IT! It is outlined in the agreement that each contractor takes responsibility for what happens when an animal is in their care.

I spoke to the biter's owner and found out that they had taken the dog to visit the boarder and her dog the week prior and that everyone had gotten along fine. So, the boarder knew, understood, and welcomed the dog into her home!!

PLUS, I went back into my files and discovered that this same employee had asked us to pay her under the table in October.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

If your animal is bitten by another, it's reasonable to hope that the vet bills would be covered. But if you willingly had them in the same place, you have to know it's a risk.

Overstock.com just sent me a wine rack. Well, to my address, not my name or my order. And it's not cost effective for them to have me return it according to their chat assistance. Free wine rack and a clear conscious.

Huh. And it's kind of a nice wine rack at that.

Nice rack, Cass!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I have a massive sinus headache that will not go away, no matter how much medication and steam I send at it. And I'm sick of swallowing pills.

I think I need to move to LA. That's the only place I can remember ever being where my sinuses were OK.

Absolutely. I'd assume this as well. I would NOT assume that lame attempts at extortion would prevail.

Shady is right. This is absolutely a 50/50 situation, or should be.

Let me note for the record that I made so much less drama when a dog bit ME.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Right there with you. I know it's just my head being a barometer in front of the Massive! Death! Storm! on its way, but it's making me sick to my stomach. And if it doesn't go away, it'll turn into a migraine.
