I'm fairly certain I said no interruptions.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

You don't want the wedding party to look *exactly* the same, do you?

I think if I want to go with a theme, but with variations, maybe luchadore masks is the way to go. It would go with Tim's sombrero.

Oh for god's sake. I just talked to my mom, and apparently we've hit the portion of wedding planning where it's all drama all the time.

I am not dealing with any of this. People can just have their drama.

Our wings are not tired

This is why my family was not involved and we just went to Maui and got married.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

your brother beat me to it - but was oing to say powder blue tuxedo

I was going to say powder blue cocktail dress.

This is why my family was not involved and we just went to Maui and got married.

Plus, Maui.

Well, I'm crap at planning, then.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

He didn't mean it that way, Tep. I think ND was more commenting on the fact that we all feel horribly stressed by family drama around weddings. I'm sorry it's been fraught for you.

And eloping was not drama-free either, by a long shot.

Sorry Tep. I didn't mean it that way. I meant that I wouldn't have had the spoons to deal with my family so I made the choice to just cut them out of it. I totally feel for you and the stress this is creating.

brillig

I would have been so much happier to just go to theJustice of the Peace, but I just kept saying to myself "It's legal and everyone will stop bitching once it's done."

huh, my 27th anniversary is next week. I knew early June had some sort of significance, I just couldn't think of it till now. Or is it 28? Dammit, it's like forgetting how old I am, I have to do math to figure it out.

edit: I now have this powerful urge to call up Hubby's ex and yell "27 years, beeyotch! Suck it! Say hi to your 5th husband for me!"

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I don't deal well with family stress, Tep.

Patience 'ma to you!

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

most mornings - waking up and getting out of bed is just what you do. On rare occassions - I can actually bounce of bed. and then I hit weeks where getting out of bed is just stupid and ridiculously hard
