Oh, damn, Aims, how scary that must have been. Good on you for not flipping out, and good on the principal for being so solid and kind. It never occurred to me that you destroyed them by smoking them all, because I know how MM dotes upon you and I'm fairly certain his first impulse, on hearing that you'd coughed up blood, must have been to nuke 'em all from orbit.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Aims, how scary! I'm glad you're basically all right, and good on you for getting rid of the cigs. Much health ~ma for you and your Small Girl.
Hi, DCJ! Good to see your pixels.
Oh my god, Aimee! I echo everything everyone has said with a side order of How Terrifying. Also, I am with Zen. Good on ya for getting rid of the cigarettes.
If it is any comfort, my great aunt smoked for 40 years and was still able to quit. Since all my known ancestors died of the same combination, featuring emphysema, I wholeheartedly support you in whatever it takes to be free.
Aims!!! Holy crap! I'm so glad you are okay!
{{Aims and family}} get well soon. and don't do that again
I like the costume idea
and that sounds like a perfect present brenda
Eek, Aims, that is scary! Glad you're mostly ok I guess but I hope it's not going to happen again??
I went dancing with my cousin (well, my cousin's wife) tonight. Didn't dance much but it was still lots of fun. I would totally be at that bar all the damn time if I lived here in Denver.
Aims! OMG. take care of yourself, I'm glad you are okay. How fucking scary is that?
brenda! Can I be adopted into your family? Happy Birthday!
Goodness, Aimee! I hope you and your daughter are both better soon.
Aims, yikes! That was one hell of a day. Glad you're okay.
DCJ, good to see you!
Wow, Aims. Wake-up call is right.A lot of smokers have one. My mother's was that my brother swallowed a cigarette. Keith Olbermann had a health thing, too(Gotta say that was one time where I wished he wasn't great at describing shit, but it *seemed* scary and he was able to quit smoking and alienate at least four more bosses after that so, you know, happy ending.)
