If it is any comfort, my great aunt smoked for 40 years and was still able to quit. Since all my known ancestors died of the same combination, featuring emphysema, I wholeheartedly support you in whatever it takes to be free.

I went dancing with my cousin (well, my cousin's wife) tonight. Didn't dance much but it was still lots of fun. I would totally be at that bar all the damn time if I lived here in Denver.

Wow, Aims. Wake-up call is right.A lot of smokers have one. My mother's was that my brother swallowed a cigarette. Keith Olbermann had a health thing, too(Gotta say that was one time where I wished he wasn't great at describing shit, but it *seemed* scary and he was able to quit smoking and alienate at least four more bosses after that so, you know, happy ending.)

Emeline got up around 8-ish and spent a large part of the morning watching Zack and Cody and letting me sleep. I got up and have been kicking around. I should be Doing Stuff - grading and planning and the like - but I am not. I also need to go get some green Ben-Nye for my Halloween costume because I really want to make it to the Harvest Ball at my school tonight. Then again, I also feel like just doing nothing is also kind of awesome. I do need to fill my AB script, though.
