I'm glad I have two days off, I'm ready for it. It's been kind of a roller coaster at work.

So far I've discovered that the New Girl has managed to piss off/insult several people and reject their help. Well, when she wants help she wants you to drop everything and help her and then go away. She'll even say "go away" or "shoo" and flap her hands.

And then I had the interview for the full time positions, one for cashier and one for the phone position.

I got the phone position. I was the only candidate, but from what I could suss out only me and this guy J applied for the cashier position. I assumed that if he applied for it then that's what they'd do. I get a raise effective tomorrow. My schedule is set for the next 2 weeks so I'll officially have my new hours then. But I finally get coded and get access to stuff I need to do the phone job better.

But benefits including 5% matching on 401K and stock option stuff. I'll get a packet and some info.

And I'm able to watch FSU Stomp all over Clemson. Good day today

Thanks everyone! The position has a steep learning curve and I'm going to have to work hard and start learning more stuff, both from sources provided by the company but also from places like CNet. I think I'm going to have to start a binder of info and resources.
