It was an awesome party. Props to my sister and her husband, who hosted it and did the food, and my youngest brother, who organised the alcohol. (I just had one glass of wine, but it was a very nice glass.)

It is freezing here. So, I am making chili and cornbread for dinner. Apparently the trick for me not being too tired to cook is either to make dinner way ahead of time and put it in the crock pot or to at least get some of the prep work done early in the day. I'm just too sore and tired at the end of the day, especially after errands. So the cornbread is made, and the chili is in the crock pot.
