Fwump. Hello buffistas. As noted on Facebook, I got my brown belt today. The test was an intense 4 hours, which is shorter than I expected. I had to wait an hour for my training partner (and ride) to finish her test. Well the adrenaline wore off and, despite being very hydrated, I had severe leg cramps. That was NOT FUN. Came home, ate some trail mix, soaked in the tub and had a quite afternoon. Finally went to the store for food. I sautéed some mushrooms, made a caprese salad and am still hungry.
