Damn, Pix. That sucks a lot. Hopefully the other lenders will see the light and lighten your load.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Aw Pix. How disheartening. Truly. So much sympathy for this massive frustration.
It was good of the CU to take less time, but seriously. A business that is pre-booked for multiple years of work? How is that not a trustworthy venture?
I have to second what smonster said about local banks. Here on the Hill, we have two that are known for funding local businesses with a vengeance.
I hope you will keep trying.
smonster, you are the sweetest. Full stop.
It turns out that one of the kitties is really ill. The volume and placement of what happened between 10am this morning and 8pm tonight suggests a vet visit is necessary.
But. I don't know which kitty it is. I don't have a car and I don't have authorization to get them treatment.
I left a message for the owners, but frankly have no idea why they are not home yet.
I'm totally stressing out that one of those critters is suffering and I can't do anything. I'll keep going until I hear otherwise but oy. It's a mess.
Oh god, bonny. So stressful, wtf.
Anyone else think a little bit of St. Francis found it's way into Bonny?
Oh Bonny. So sorry you're dealing with additional stress. Not at all what you need.
hugs all around
In somewhat related news:
So, Tom wasn't able to scoop last night (we generally scoop every night) and all of a sudden I hear Marley meowling upstairs. He keeps meowing loudly, so I go upstairs... and he's pooping on the bed!
I'm pretty sure he was reacting to the state of the box (and perhaps my absence?) I hope so, anyway.
damn your cats are very specific in their expressions of displeasure.
I went and had pear and chocolate gelato. It helped with the anxiety.
(For about ten minutes, but still...)
True story, le n.
Sean, I have long been a believer in gelato's restorative qualities.
