DebetEsse and I had a lot of fun getting some more GISHWHES items done today. Then I slept for a while. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get some more photos of people hugging. The latest update suggested setting up a stand somewhere public, with a sign explaining that you're trying to set a world record for number of photos of people hugging, and, while that does sound easier than just randomly approaching people and asking them to hug for a photo, I'm still not sure that I can do it.

My bff mentioned today that healing begins on the inside and that some of the wounds are pretty deep, so she isn't surprised. I did choose the arterial puncture to uncover...and any 'cover' came off with the gauze.
Have I mentioned how it all just hurts. It's exhausting.

Unrelatedly, I'd just like to say, fuck cancer. A friend of mine, in her mid thirties, recently married, no kids yet, just got diagnosed with what they think is uterine cancer. If it is that, then she'll probably have to have a hysterectomy.
